§ 8. Before entering upon the discharge of the duties of his office, each member of the Board shall take an oath that he will faithfully execute the duties of his office according to the laws of the State and the rules and regulations adopted therewith. Any member of the Board who fails to take oath within 30 days from the date of his appointment shall be guilty of neglect of duty and may be removed by the Governor.
