Illinois Statutes Chapter 230. Gaming § 5/3.31. Illinois conceived and foaled

§ 3.31. Illinois conceived and foaled. Notwithstanding any provision of this Act to the contrary, from January 1, 2018 until January 1, 2022, “Illinois conceived and foaled”, as the term applies to a standardbred, includes a standardbred horse whose sire is a qualified Illinois stallion.
