§ 15.1. Upon collection of the fee accompanying the application for an occupation license, the Board shall be authorized to make daily temporary deposits of the fees, for a period not to exceed 7 days, with the horsemen's bookkeeper at a race meeting. The horsemen's bookkeeper shall issue a check, payable to the order of the Illinois Racing Board, for monies deposited under this Section within 24 hours of receipt of the monies. Provided however, upon the issuance of the check by the horsemen's bookkeeper the check shall be deposited into the Horse Racing Fund.
