§ 10. Any Board member or Board employee who is subject to any civil action arising from any act executed by him while serving as a Board member or Board employee shall be represented by the Attorney General. All costs of defending such law suit and satisfaction of any judgment rendered against a Board member or Board employee shall be incurred by the Board. Any Board member or Board employee is entitled to the benefit of this Section provided the act was committed in good faith.
