§ 80. Applicability of Illinois Gambling Act. The provisions of the Illinois Gambling Act, and all rules promulgated thereunder, shall apply to the Video Gaming Act, except where there is a conflict between the 2 Acts. In the event of a conflict between the 2 Acts, the provisions of the Illinois Gambling Act shall prevail. All current supplier licensees under the Illinois Gambling Act shall be entitled to licensure under the Video Gaming Act as manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers without additional Board investigation or approval, except by vote of the Board; however, they are required to pay application and annual fees under this Act. All provisions of the Uniform Penalty and Interest Act shall apply, as far as practicable, to the subject matter of this Act to the same extent as if such provisions were included herein.
