§ 18.1. Distribution of certain fines. If a fine is imposed on an owners licensee or an organization gaming licensee for knowingly sending marketing or promotional materials to any person placed on the self-exclusion list, then the Board shall distribute an amount equal to 15% of the fine imposed to the unit of local government in which the casino, riverboat, or organization gaming facility is located for the purpose of awarding grants to non-profit entities that assist gambling addicts.
