§ 20. Administrative Procedure Act. The Illinois Administrative Procedure Act 1 is hereby expressly adopted and incorporated herein as if all of the provisions of that Act were included in this Act, except that the provision of subsection (d) of Section 10-65 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act 2 that provides that at hearings the certificate holder has the right to show compliance with all lawful requirements for retention, continuation or renewal of certification is specifically excluded. For the purpose of this Act the notice required under Section 10-25 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act 3 is deemed sufficient when mailed to the last known address of record of a party.
