§ 25. Restrictions and limitations. No person shall, without a valid license issued by the Department (i) in any manner hold himself or herself out to the public as a Licensed Professional Geologist; (ii) attach the title “Licensed Professional Geologist” to his or her name; or (iii) render or offer to render to individuals, corporations, or public agencies services constituting the practice of professional geology.
