Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 732/1-10. Intergovernmental cooperation

§ 1-10. Intergovernmental cooperation. The Department shall have the primary authority to administer the provisions of this Act. The Illinois State Geological Survey, the Illinois State Water Survey, the Office of the State Fire Marshal, and the Agency shall be advised of high volume horizontal hydraulic fracturing permit applications received by the Department and lend assistance as required by the provisions of this Act.
