Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 730/4. Receipt for log or report

§ 4. The Geological Survey shall issue a receipt for each geophysical log and well drilling report within 15 days of receipt of the geophysical log or well drilling report. The issuance of a receipt shall be deemed acceptance of the log or report by the Survey.
