Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 725/23.7. Order for unitization

§ 23.7. The order for unitization shall recite the findings required by Section 23.5; and if the requirements of Section 23.5 are satisfied, then the order shall approve the plan of unitization submitted by the petitioner.
