Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 720/5.04. Performance Standards

§ 5.04. Performance Standards. The Department's coal exploration rules shall require reclamation in accordance with the performance standards in Article III and IV of all lands disturbed in coal exploration, including excavations, roads, drill holes, and the removal of necessary facilities and equipment.
