Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 710/45.03. Foreman; responsibility

§ 45.03. Foreman; responsibility. The mine foreman shall have charge of carrying out or directing the carrying out of his or her duties as prescribed in Section 20 of this Act; and any superintendent who shall direct or cause a mine foreman to disregard the provisions of this Act shall be amenable in the same manner as the mine foreman.
