Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 705/8.05. Organization of board; officers

§ 8.05. All records, reports, books, papers, and other property pertaining to the office of the Mining Board shall be kept by the secretary. The secretary shall be provided with a seal with proper device, and on the margin thereof shall be the words, “Mining Board, State of Illinois.”
