§ 7.21. Every boiler shall be provided with a safety valve with weights or springs properly adjusted except that where two or more boilers are equipped with a steam drum properly connected with the boilers to indicate the steam pressure and without any valves between the boilers and the steam drum, the safety valve may be placed in the steam drum.
