§ 5.12. To examine the mine examiners' reports in the morning before workers are permitted to enter the mine, and if any working places are reported dangerous, the mine manager shall see that all workers and supervisory personnel concerned are notified of the danger and instruct them not to enter such places until the reported danger has been removed, except for the purpose of removing the dangerous condition.
