Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 705/5.06. Responsibility of mine manager

§ 5.06. The mine manager shall be responsible for the performance of all the functions and duties prescribed in Sections 5.07 to 5.25, both inclusive. The mine manager may not perform the duties of a mine examiner while serving in the capacity of a mine manager.
