§ 4.34. Upon final conviction for nonfeasance in office under the provisions of this Act of any State Mine Inspector his certificate of qualification or of competency, as the case may be, shall be thereby invalidated and he shall become disqualified from holding such office, and such person shall not be entitled to receive another certificate of qualification or of competency, as the case may be, within 3 months from the date of such final conviction.
