§ 33.02. Such map or plan shall accurately show the surface boundary lines of the coal rights pertaining to each mine, and all sections or quarter-section lines or corners within the same; the lines of town lots and streets; the tracks and sidetracks of all railroads and the location of all wagon roads, rivers, streams, ponds, location and depth of holes drilled for oil, gas or water that penetrate a workable coal seam, and the elevation above the coal seam of any stream or body of water that might endanger the mine.
