§ 32.01. The operator of every coal mine where miners are paid by the weight of their output shall provide at such mine suitable and accurate scales for the weighing of such coal. A correct record shall be kept of all coal so weighed and said record shall be open at all reasonable hours to the inspection of miners and others interested in the product of said mine. The operator shall provide at such mine not less then 1,000 pounds of United States standard weights.
