Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 705/23.05. Man trips

§ 23.05. Where man trips are operated there shall be on one side of the man trips, where men get on and off, a refuge place at least 3 feet from the rail and free from all obstructions for the full distance of the man trips.
