Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 705/22.12. Speed of man trips; number of riders

§ 22.12. Man trips shall not be run in excess of the speed determined by the State Mine Inspector nor shall more men ride in any one car than the number ordered by the State Mine Inspector except in an emergency.
