Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 705/20.04. Sampling explosives

§ 20.04. State Mine Inspectors, and the accredited representatives of the coal operators and coal miners shall have authority to sample explosives used for blasting purposes in coal mines in the State of Illinois or kept on hand for sale or intended for shipment for use in such mines, and for such purposes they may enter upon the premises of any person, firm or corporation.
