Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 705/2.12. Mining Board; rules and regulations

§ 2.12. The Mining Board shall have power to promulgate rules and regulations, in accordance with the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act and in connection with methods of coal mining affecting the health and safety of persons employed in the coal mines.
