Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 705/14.03. Explosive materials; storage

§ 14.03. All explosive materials shall be stored in a fireproof magazine located on the surface not less than 500 feet from all other buildings in connection with the mine, and such magazine shall be so placed as not to jeopardize the free and safe exit of men from the mine in case of an explosion at the magazine.
