Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 705/13.14. Roof control programs and plans

§ 13.14. Roof control programs and plans. The State mine inspector shall have the authority to enforce the roof control plan that has been adopted at each mine by the operator and approved by the Mining Enforcement Safety Administration District Manager of the Coal Mine Health and Safety District in which the mine is located.
