Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 655/4.1. Director as trustee on bonds

§ 4.1. The Director shall be named as trustee on any bond required of any person subject to the Packers and Stockyards Act of 1921, as amended in 1976,  1 if the home office or headquarters of that person is located within this State. The Director shall have the authorities granted him in Section 205-410 of the Department of Agriculture Law (20 ILCS 205/205-410) and the rules adopted pursuant thereto.
