§ 18. Each registrant shall give to the Director, or to the Director's authorized representatives, and under oath or affirmation if requested by such representatives, any information concerning the business of the registrant which may be required in order to carry out the provisions of this Act and any regulations promulgated thereto within such reasonable time as may be specified in the request for such information.
