Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 645/9.2. Refusal or suspension of license; failure to remit or deduct funds

§ 9.2. The Department may refuse to issue or may suspend the license of any person upon the complaint in writing from the Checkoff Division of the Illinois Beef Association Board of Governors indicating that the person has failed to properly remit or deduct funds as required by Section 9 of the Beef Market Development Act. 1
