§ 17. Each licensee shall maintain records of each purchase under this Act including identification of livestock purchased, the name and address of the seller, and the date of purchase, and a record of each sale, including date, buyer, number and identification of animals. All reports of sales of female feeder cattle must be mailed to the Department weekly on forms furnished by the Department.
These records along with any accompanying health certificates shall be maintained for a period of 3 years.
