§ 4. The fee for a license to operate a livestock auction market shall be $200 for the term of one calendar year or for such part thereof as remains at the time of the issuance thereof. Upon receipt of an application for a license hereunder accompanied by the required bond and license fee, the Department shall examine the same and if it finds such application to be in proper form and that the applicant has otherwise complied with this Act, the Department shall grant the license as applied for, subject to the provisions of this Act.
