Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 635/15. Revocation of license; hearing

§ 15. For the violation of any of the provisions of this Act or the rules and regulations made by the Department pursuant to this Act, the Department shall have the authority to revoke any license, subject to a hearing as is provided for under “The Illinois Administrative Procedure Act”, approved September 22, 1975, as amended.  1
