§ 8. If the inspector finds that said building does not comply with the requirements of this Act or with the regulations of the Department, he shall notify the applicant wherein the same fails to so comply. If within a reasonable time thereafter, to be fixed by the Department, the specified defects are remedied, the Department shall make a second inspection and proceed therewith as in the case of the original inspection. Not more than two inspections need be made under one application.
