§ 15. Vehicles when loaded with the bodies or parts of bodies of any animals, poultry or fish that have died of disease shall be driven directly to the place of disposal, except that the driver in so driving, may stop on the highway for other bodies but he shall not drive into the yard or upon the premises of any person unless he first obtains the permission of the person to do so.
