§ 53. Any person who obtains a fee, either directly or indirectly, either in money or in value, or in the form of a financial profit either as personal compensation or as compensation, charge, profit or gain for an employer, or any other person or persons, on the representation that they can permanently cure a manifestly incurable condition of sickness, disease or injury of any person, shall be sentenced as provided in Section 59.
