§ 39. Certified shorthand reporter; record. The Department, at its expense, shall provide a certified shorthand reporter to take down the testimony and preserve a record of all proceedings at the hearing of any case wherein a license may be revoked, suspended, placed on probationary status, or other disciplinary action taken with regard thereto in accordance with Section 2105-115 of the Department of Professional Regulation Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. The notice of hearing, complaint and all other documents in the nature of pleadings and written motions filed in the proceedings, the transcript of testimony, the report of the hearing officer, exhibits, the report of the Medical Board, and the orders of the Department constitute the record of the proceedings.
