§ 115. Restoration. At any time after the successful completion of a term of probation, suspension, or revocation of any license, the Department may restore the license to the licensee upon the written recommendation of the Board unless after an investigation and hearing the Board or Department determines that restoration is not in the public interest. Where circumstances of suspension or revocation so indicate, the Department may require an examination of the licensee prior to restoring the licensee's license. No person whose license has been revoked as authorized in this Act may apply for restoration of that license until the time provided for in the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois.
