Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 515/12.6. Child Labor and Day and Temporary Labor Services Enforcement Fund

§ 12.6. Child Labor and Day and Temporary Labor Services Enforcement Fund. All moneys received as fees and penalties under this Act shall be deposited into the Child Labor and Day and Temporary Labor Services Enforcement Fund and may be used for the purposes set forth in Section 75 of the Child Labor Law of 2024.
