§ 31. The provisions of “The Illinois Administrative Procedure Act”, approved September 22, 1975, as amended, 1 shall apply to this Act. All final administrative decisions of the Department are subject to judicial review pursuant to the provisions of Article III of the “Code of Civil Procedure”, approved August 19, 1981, as amended. 2 Any circuit court, upon the application of the licensee or the Department, may order the attendance of witnesses and the production of relevant records in any Departmental hearing relative to the application for or refusal, recall, suspension or revocation of a license.
