Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 47/35. Administrative Procedure Act; application

§ 35. Administrative Procedure Act; application. The Illinois Administrative Procedure Act  1 is hereby expressly adopted and incorporated herein and shall apply to the Board as if all of the provisions of such Act were included in this Act; except that in case of a conflict between the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act and this Act the provisions of this Act shall control.
