§ 20-115. Time limit on action. No action may be taken by the Department against any person for violation of the terms of this Act or its rules unless the action is commenced within 5 years after the occurrence of the alleged violation. This limitation shall not apply where it is alleged that an initial application for licensure under this Act contains false or misleading information.
