Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 454/20-105. Waiver of rights for failure to comply

§ 20-105. Waiver of rights for failure to comply. The failure of an aggrieved person to comply with this Act relating to the Real Estate Recovery Fund shall constitute a waiver of any rights under Sections 20-85 and 20-90 of this Act.
