Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 45/5. Expenses in custody and administration of funds

§ 5. This Act shall not be construed to prohibit the trustee and trustee's depositary from being reimbursed and receiving from such funds their reasonable compensation and expenses in the custody and administration of such funds pursuant to the Illinois Trust Code.
