Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 435/19. Penalty for neglect of duty

§ 19. If any keeper of a ferry shall fail to perform any of his duties under the two preceding sections, he shall, for each offense, forfeit to the person aggrieved the sum of $3, and shall be liable for all damages occasioned thereby.
