Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 435/10. Rate of ferriage

§ 10. The county board shall fix the rate of ferriage at each ferry, and may at any time alter the same, having regard to the breadth and situation of the stream or other water course, and the publicity of the ferry, and may prescribe regulations for the management of such ferry.
