§ 27. As a condition for renewal of a license, licensees shall be required to complete continuing education in accordance with rules established by the Department.
Persons employed as full time court reporters under the Court Reporters Act 1 may apply for a waiver from the continuing education requirements. The waiver shall be granted upon the submission of evidence satisfactory to the Department that the certified shorthand reporter is employed as a full time court reporter under the Court Reporters Act.
