Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 415/20. Professional service corporations

§ 20. Professional service corporations. Nothing in this Act shall restrict certificate holders from forming professional service corporations under the provisions of the Professional Service Corporation Act. 1
