§ 60. Renewal. The expiration date and renewal period for each license issued under this Act shall be set by rule. Renewal shall be conditioned on paying the required fee and meeting other requirements as may be established by rule. All renewal applicants shall provide proof of having met the continuing education requirements in accordance with rules established by the Department, consisting of the equivalent of 30 hours of continuing education every 24 months. The continuing education requirement may be waived in part or in whole for such good cause, including but not limited to illness or hardship, as may be determined by rule.
