§ 3E-6. Immunity from prosecution. The Department shall take no action against any person for unlicensed practice as a hair braider that occurred prior to the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 96th General Assembly. The Department shall not use any information provided in an application for a license pursuant to subsection (c) of Section 3E-2 as evidence of unlicensed practice under Article III prior to the date of application.
