§ 15-10. Administrative Procedure Act. The Illinois Administrative Procedure Act 1 is hereby expressly adopted and incorporated into this Code as if all of the provisions of that Act were included in this Code, except that the provision of subsection (d) of Section 10-65 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act 2 that provides that at hearings the licensee has the right to show compliance with all lawful requirements for retention, continuation or renewal of the license is specifically excluded. For the purposes of this Code the notice required under Section 10-25 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act 3 is deemed sufficient when mailed to the address of record or when emailed to the email address of record.
